FUNDAMENTALS WOD:

1 Rope Climb or 3 rope rows

TRAVEL WOD:
7 rounds for time of:
7 Dumbbell Thrusters, 20kg (15kg)
3 strict pullups

Atlas Stone Over the Shoulder
5 x 1 min work / 1 min rest for total reps
