FUNDAMENTALS WOD / TRAVEL WOD:

10mins Push Jerk technique practice

15min AMRAP of:

10 Box step ups
12 Push jerk with tech bar
15 Abmat sit ups

[COMP A]
Every 1 min for 7 mins
4 x Burpee Muscle Ups
