All from Rack or Blocks.

[A] Press 1-1-1-1-1

[B] Push Press 3-3-3-3-3

[C] Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5

Try to increase the load on each of the 15 reps.

+ Optional extra’s in Open Gym.

1. Deadlift 3-3-3 (All tap and go)

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.

2. Weighted Pull-up 5-5-5 (Unbroken)

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
