Sled Pull
Ski Erg /
Heavy Sand bag lifts
Barbell “Yoke”

& Then:

Super Set.

Seated Strict Press 3 sets:  12 to 15 Must maintain good form

Strict Dips (Bar / Box) 3 sets:  12 to 15 Must maintain good form

Rest: 2/3 Minutes between Super Sets
