12 Thrusters, 42kg (30kg)
12 Toes-to-bars
Skill: 10 Free Standing Handstands
Warm Up: Dynamic + Barbell Complex
[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Overhead Squat 5×3
Use the same weight for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
