2. Deadlift
Build to Heavy Set of 3 over 5 sets. 2 min rest between sets.

3. Conditioning
AMRAP 15:
60 Double Unders
30 Wallballs (20/14)
15 Deadlifts (245/165)

+ Optional Extra’s in Open Gym.

1. Gymnastic Conditioning
Repeat from last week. Aim to beat previous scores.

2 Strict Handstand Push-ups + 3 Kipping Handstand Push-ups
