[B] Tabata Pushup
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals.
Warm Up: Dynamic WU + Barbell Complex.
Skill: 2 min max effort rope climbs
Strength: Back Squat 1 x 2 reps @ 95% 1rm – to be done in the power racks / not the rig!!

Deadlift 5-5-5-5-5
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.
