Tabata:
- Tabata Plank Hold
- Tabata Overhead Squat 20/15kg
- Tabata Walking Lunge
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals.
Travel WOD: Spend a total of 5 minutes in a handstand, or headstand. If you are using the headstand do not stay over a minute at a time. If you have high blood pressure, “Do not do this WOD!”
