10 Deadlifts, 135/95 lbs
15 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
15 Deadlifts, 185/135 lbs
15 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
20 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs
15 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
25 Deadlifts, 275/185 lbs
15 Box Jumps, 24/20 in
30 Deadlifts, 315/205 lbs

VERY IMPORTANT: Get your last 1rm for all lifts (Back/Front/OH Squat, Shoulder Press, Deadlift) and take 20% off them!!! Thats right – reduce the load. This cycle is about improving your endurance, form, depth and maintenance. Do not ignore this and bust yourself!!!
Strength: Front Squat 4 x 10 @ 65% (Less 20%) of your 1rm. Focus on being tall, elbows high, driving hips forward and knees out at the bottom (No winking).
