[A] 10 x 1-minute rounds of:
142.5kg (90kg) Deadlifts, 3 reps
60-yard shuttle sprint
Max reps burpee
Rest 2 minutes between rounds. Score = total burpees
SKILL: 5mins free handstands

10 Medicine ball cleans
7 Pull ups
