[A] 10 1-minute rounds of:
10 burpees over the bar
Max reps of power snatches

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

Men: 155 lb. (70kg)
Women: 105 lb. (47.5kg)

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] AMRAP 10 mins
L-Sit, 1 Min
7 Strict Muscle Ups

[C] For time:
5 x Prowler Push, 60m
rest 30 sec

M: 40kg W 20kg

[Row Conditioning]

4 x 3 min / 2 min easy

Row four 3 minute pieces. Row for two minutes at light pressure between each piece.
