WOD
[A] Three rounds for time of:
5 strict muscle-ups
10 strict handstand push-ups
15 one-legged squats, each leg
Travel WOD
[A] Three rounds for time of:
5 strict Pull-ups
10 strict handstand push-ups / Scale: Box Push Ups)
30 one-legged alternating squats, 15 each leg / Scale: 50 Air Squats
Skill: 2 min Max Effort of Double Unders
COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[B] 2 attempts at max Hang Squat Snatch
4 min time cap to complete the 2 attempts. You have 10 mins to warmup, then rest for 10 mins before your first attempt. You cannot touch a barbell during the 10 min rest
[D] Rest 2 mins after the Hang Squat Snatch and then:-
5 attempts at max distance Handstand Walk
1 min time cap per attempt, rest 1 min between attempts
