15 Burpees Broad Jumps (Burpee Frog Jumps)

Skill: 2 Min max effort Legless Rope Climb

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)

[B] Deadlift 5-5-5

[C] For time:-
15 Muscle ups
15 Clean & Jerk, 62kg (42kg)

Record split times for both movements, plus time at 9 & 12 MU
