27 Thrusters 42.5kg (30kg)
4 Rope Climbs
21 Thrusters 42.5kg (30kg)
3 Rope Climbs
15 Thrusters 42.5kg (30kg)
2 Rope Climbs
9 Thrusters 42.5kg (30kg)
1 Rope Climb

Bring socks if you are climbing the ropes!

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[B] Death by Row:
Every 2 mins, on the 2 mins, Row 50m, then 100m,150m, 200m, 250m, 300m, 350m, 400m, 450m, 500m, 550m etc … continuing as long as you make the time
