WOD – CrossFit Brisbane 8/7/2014
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
42kg (30kg) Thrusters, 5 reps
42kg (30kg) Hang Power Cleans, 7 reps
42kg (30kg) Sumo Deadlift High-pulls, 10 reps

SKILL: 2min max effort double unders

FUNDAMENTALS  WOD :
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

5 Thrusters
7 Hang Power Cleans
10 Sumo Deadlift High-pulls – kettle bell

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[COMP A] Weighted Pull-up
5-5-5-5-5

TRAVEL WOD:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 Air Squats
7 Burpees
10 handstands
