2. Band Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest as needed between sets.
3. AMRAP 12 mins: 200 m and Hang Squat Snatches
Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 mins of: Run, 200 m 5 Hang Squat Snatches, 60/45 kg
Travel WOD: AMRAP 12 mins: 200 m and 10 Air Squats
