[A] Following the pattern of 2-4-6-8-etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
102kg (70kg) deadlifts
Strict handstand push-ups

Rest 5 minutes, then …

[B] following the pattern of 2-4-6-8-etc. reps, complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes of:
70kg (47kg) power cleans
One-legged squats

Score reps completed for each couplet

Skill: No Skill

Strength: No Strength

Warm Up: Dynamic WU + Barbell Complex.

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[C] Each for distance:
Row, 20x 30 secs

Rest 30 secs between efforts.
