30 push-ups
52kg (35kg) front squats, 20 reps
52kg (35kg) push presses, 20 reps
30 GHD sit-ups

Warm Up: Dynamic WU + Barbell Complex. Educate those who are using the GHD on how to do the movement properly.

[B] Power Clean & Push Jerk

Use the heaviest weight you can for each set. Rest 1:30 between sets.
