HomeFront will post two/three WOD Options:

  1. Open - Those that want to compete RXD in The CrossFit Games – Open Workouts.
  2. Performance - Those that want to compete SCALED in The CrossFit Games – Open Workouts.
  3. Fitness - Is for beginners and our members who want to be fit and healthy and do not want to Compete in The CrossFit Games – Open Workouts in March.

On the 3:00 x 7 Rounds:
400 Meter Run
12 Toes to Bar

Post scores here on Beyond the WhiteBoard.
+ Optional Extra’s in Open Gym.
1. Front Squat
On the 2:00 x 6:
2 Tempo Front Squats
5 Second Negative, 2 Second Pause in bottom.Sets 1-2 – 63%
Sets 3-4 – 66%
