Important: This is a de-load week. Keep the volume low and intensity high. Even if you feel good, do not add in more volume.

WORKOUT 15.1

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 9 minutes of:
15 toes-to-bars
10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)

WORKOUT 15.1a

1-rep-max clean and jerk
6-minute time cap

Strength

Monday: Back Squat: 4x10reps @ 65% of your 1rm.

Tuesday: Shoulder Press: 4x10reps @ 65% of your 1rm.

Wednesday: Deadlift: 4x10reps @ 65% of your 1rm.

Thursday: 5 Min EMOM 4 x Squat Cleans (TAG) @ 70% 1 rm

Friday: 5 Min EMOM 4 x Squat Snatches (TAG) @ 70% 1 rm
