10 deadlifts (115 / 75 lb.)
5 snatches (115 / 75 lb.)

6-minute time cap
Strength
Monday: Back Squat: 4x10reps @ 65% of your 1rm.
Tuesday: Shoulder Press: 4x10reps @ 65% of your 1rm.
Wednesday: Deadlift: 4x10reps @ 65% of your 1rm.
Thursday: 5 Min EMOM 4 x Squat Cleans (TAG) @ 70% 1 rm
Friday: 5 Min EMOM 4 x Squat Snatches (TAG) @ 70% 1 rm
