3 Snatch 60kg (40kg)
3 rounds of:-
5 Pull ups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
Snatch may be performed as Power or Squat Snatch
Skill: 2 Min Max Effort DU
FUNDAMENTALS WOD:
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:-
10 Alt. Dumbbell Snatch
2 rounds of:-
5 Pull ups
10 Pushups
15 Squats
Compare results to 14/4/2014

Row 10 x 300m
rest 1 min between each interval
Record total time, and slowest and fastest interval
