Warm Up: Dynamic and then the Barbell Warm Up.

1. Power Clean and Jerk
Every 3 min for 15 Min (5 Rounds)
3 Power Cleans and Jerks (Push or Split Jerks) Depending on form increase weight each set.

And then in 5 Minutes Build to a heavy single of a Power Clean and Jerk for the day, but not a max.

2. “Grace”
For Time:
30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)

+ Optional Extra’s in Open Gym.

3. Midline Conditioning
Alternating EMOM x 16:
Odd Minutes – 10 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
Even Minutes – :30 Seconds Max Toes to Bar
Toes to Bar Window is from the 0:00-0:30
