[B] Complete as many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:
10 Dumbbell Snatches, 20kg (15kg)
10 Burpees
Skill: 2 min max effort T2B
[COMP A]
3 rounds, each round for time, of:
Row, 300 m
15 Box Jump Overs, 24/20 in
10 GHD Sit-ups
5 Strict Handstand Push-ups
Rest 2 mins between each round.

Snatch Complex
Dowel Complex – 10 x Disconnects, Round the worlds, External rotation & Elbow drives.
