Sumo Deadlift High Pull (95/65)
Push Press (95/65)
Lateral Burpees

Overhead Strength

Super Set.

Pike Head Stand Push Up 3 x 12 to 15. Must maintain good form

Manna (Reverese Hands) 3 x 10 to 20 seconds

 

Rest: 2/3 Minutes between Super Sets

 

+ Optional Extra’s in Open Gym.

1. Hang Power Snatch 
(70%/3)3

2. Snatch Pull
(80%/3)3

3. Overhead Squat
