Monday WOD 26-9-16

1.  Conditioning
AMRAP 18: Target is more than 2 rounds.
30 Thrusters (95/65) (Weight – You can go unbroken, but you want sets of 10)
30 Box Jump Overs, 24/20
30 Cal Row (Speed – power setting 10 sec slower than a 2km pace. So 1.45 2km pace, go 1.55 per 500m)
30 TTB (Go sets of 5 or 3 reps)

+ Optional Extra’s in Open Gym

2.  Skill Conditioning
300 Double Unders for time.  Scale – As many DU’s as you can in 4 minutes.
