21-15-9: Deadlifts and Overhead Squats
21-15-9 reps, for time of:
Deadlift, 225 lbs
Overhead Squat, 135 lbs

Strength

Monday: Shoulder Press 4 x 5 reps @ 70% 1rm.

Tuesday: 5 Min EMOM 4 Clean & Jerks @ 75% of your 1 rm.

Wednesday: Back Squats 4 x 5 reps @ 70% 1rm.

Thursday :D eadlifts 4 x 5 reps @ 70% 1rm.

Friday: 5 Min EMOM 4 Snatches @ 75% of your 1 rm.
