[A] Power Clean & Push Jerk 3-3-3-3-3-3-3
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets
[B] Tabata AbMat Sit-up
The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed
by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals.
Skill: 2 min max effort KB Snatches
[COMP A]
Each for time, Sled Push:
5 x 20m with 1.25x Bodyweight
Aim for maximum speed, rest 2 minutes between efforts
[WARMUP]
Quick Dynamic Warm Up
Then, with an empty barbell…
BN Press x 3
BN Push Press x 3
Jerk Lands x 3
BN Push Jerk x 3
Push Press x 3
Push Jerk x 3
Warm up with 3-4 sets before starting your first set
