Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
2 Muscle Ups
4 Handstand Push-ups
8 Kettlebell Swings 32kg (24kg)
Skill: 2 min max effort T2B
[COMP A]
Run 3 x 800m
Rest 3 mins between efforts.
[WARMUP]
3 rounds, 6-10 reps of each movement:
Samson Stretch
KB Goblet Squat
One Arm KB Push Press (each arm)
Russian KB Swing
Push-up + Downward Dog
Hollow Rock
Kipping Swing x 2 + Pause
