[A] Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
Run 200m
15 Kettlebell Swings 32kg (24kg)
Run 200m
10 Kettlebell Lunges 32kg (24kg)
Skill: 10 free Handstands or max handstand walk for distance in 2 minutes
Strength: Bench Press 4 x 10 reps at 70% 1rm.
Warm Up: Dynamic WU + 200m run & Barbell Complex.
