All single power snatches / Max 5 Sec to reset between 1st and 2nd lift / No Tap and Go’s.

01. EMOM 10min Snatch Complex:

Low Hang Snatch Pulls (Knee)
Hang Power Snatch from the lower hang (Knee)
Hang Power Snatch from the High Hang (Upper Thigh)

2.As many reps as possible of:

Air Bike Calorie, 3 mins
Rest 3 mins
Air Bike Calorie, 2 mins
Rest 2 mins Air Bike Calorie,
Rest 1 min
