Chest-to-bar Pull-up

SKILL: 5mins handstand / handstand walk practice

FUNDAMENTALS WOD:

4 rounds of:

250m row
12 Push ups

[COMP A]
Power Snatch 10×2

Use the same weight for each set.
Rest 1 min between sets.
