[A] Complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:

52kg (35kg) shoulder presses
Each time you break, perform 50 double-unders

Rest 4 minutes

Then, complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
92kg (62kg) hang power cleans
Each time you break, perform 30 squats

Skill: 2 min max effort Rope Climbs

[COMP A]
AMRAP 5 mins:
Rope Climbs, 15ft

[WARMUP]

Dynamic WU

3 mins of easy skipping + skipping skills

Then, with a barbell or tech bar…

5 x BN Strict Press
5 x BN Push Press
5 x Good Mornings
5 x Strict Press
5 x Push Press

Jog 200m

Barbell WU

Warm up on the Equipment
