Each time you break, perform 50 double-unders
Rest 4 minutes
Then, complete as many reps as possible in 8 minutes of:
92kg (62kg) hang power cleans
Each time you break, perform 30 squats
Skill: 2 min max effort Rope Climbs

3 mins of easy skipping + skipping skills
Then, with a barbell or tech bar…
