Farmer’s Carry for Distance

Do not drop the farmers carry handles on the astroturf! Go further down the alley and use the cement section

Iron Cross – High and Low 30sec each side x 2 times
Wall Chest Stretch x 30 sec/ side
Empty Bar Bench Press x 20 reps

10 x Active Shoulders

5 Pull Ups – Strict
