[B] Tabata Sit Up

The Tabata interval is 20 secs of work followed by 10 secs of rest for 8 intervals. Tabata score is the lowest reps performed in any of the intervals. For extra challenge perform as GHD Sit Up

[COMP A]
Every 1 min for 10 mins, alternating between:
6 Hang Power Cleans, 62kg (42kg)
6 Bar Muscle Ups

[WARMUP]
Dynamic WU

[B] with empty Barbell – Barbell Complex

Deadlift

Barbell Row
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Thruster
