WOD
[A] Deadlift 5-5-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1
Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.
Rest as needed between sets.

Skill:  2 Min Max effort KB Snatches

Strength: 4 x 10Reps of Shoulder Press (In Hammer Press) @ 65% 1Rm. Work Out your 1 rm in the Hammer press its different to barbell strict press.

Warm Up: Dynamic WU + 200m Run.

Deadlift: 10 x 50% 1rm, 5 X 60% 1Rm, 5 x 70% 1rm, Start at 75% to 80% 1rm.

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
[B] Run 1600 m
This is an all out effort for time.
