150 Wall Balls
90 Double Unders
30 Muscle-ups

Warm Up: Dynamic WU, 200m run + calves stretch, 10 wall balls.

400m Farmers Carry, 2 x 32kg
[C] For time:-
Run 1600m
Commence the run immediately upon completing the Farmers carry, score both parts separately, ie you will have a time for the farmers carry plus a separate time for the run
