10 DB Hang Squat Clean, 20kg (15kg)
150m Sandbag Run 20kg (10kg)

100 Burpees for time:

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[B] Every Minute, On The Minute, for 8 mins of;-
Back Squat x 2
