2x24kg KB’s (2x16kg)

Every time you put the KB’s down perform 8 Double KB Russian Swings before Continuing

[C] 5 mins for max cals

2 x 2000m @ 26 spm / 4 min easy

Row two 2000 meter pieces @ 26 spm. Row for four minutes at light pressure during the rest period.
