[A] Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 mins of:
Run 400 m
15 Toes-to-bars
10 Burpees
Skill: Tabata Hollow to Superman.
Strength: Bench Press 4 x 10 reps @ 72.5% 1rm.
Warm Up: Dynamic WU + 200m run. 20 sit-ups + sit in the bottom of a squat for 20 seconds.
