Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
52kg (35kg) Push Press, 10 reps,
24kg (16kg) Kettlebell Swing 10 reps
24-inch Box Jump, 10 reps
Skill: 20 Free Standing Hand Stands
Travel WOD: 5 push ups 5 squats 5 sit ups, 20 rounds.
COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[A] 6mins to find 1RM Hang Squat Snatch
(3 attempts, 1 every 2 min)
[B] 5mins for Distance
Handstand Walk
