WOD
[A] Hang squat clean 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
[B] Death by Pullups / Travel WOD
With a continuously running clock perform one pullup in the first minute, two pullups in the second minute, three pullups in the third minute etc… Continue until you cannot complete the required amount of pullups within the minute.
Advanced athletes start at 10 reps
Intermediates start at 5 reps
Novices start at 1 rep
COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[C] For time:
6 x 100 meter Sprint
Rest exactly 90 seconds between each interval
Record total time including rests
If you do not regularly do max effort sprints, approach this workout with caution and stay within the 90-95% zone. If you are a regular sprinter go for it. In either case, make sure that you are thoroughly warmed up
