WOD – Wednesday, 12/3/2014 - CrossFit Brisbane

WOD
[A] “Ryan”
Five rounds for time of:
7 Muscle-ups
21 Burpees

TRAVEL WOD
[A] “Traveling Ryan”
Five rounds for time of:
7 Pull-ups
21 Burpees

Each burpee terminates with a jump one foot above max standing reach. 30 min cut-off.

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[B] Box Jump
3 x 20 reps
Practice technique & control

[C] Airdyne
5 mins for max cals
