[A] Power Clean & Push Jerk

[B] Complete As Many Rounds As Possible in 10 mins of :-
OH Plate Lunge 20kg (15kg), 12 reps
Pushups, 9 reps
Pullups, 6 reps

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[C] Snatch 1-1-1

[D] Toes to Bar
3 x 15 reps
Practice technique & speed
(no hand tears!)

TRAVEL WOD
