9 Deadlifts, 70kg (45kg)
12 Push-ups (hand release)
15 Box Jumps, 24” (20”)

Travel WOD
[A] Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 mins of:
9 Burpees
12 Push-ups (hand release)
15 Box Jumps, 24” (20”)

COMPETITION TRAINING (Optional)
[B] 2km run time trial
