Event 4

For time:

100 pull-ups
100 wall-ball shots, 20 lb. to 10-foot target

Skill: 3 sets of 10 OH Squats / Pick your weight. (From Ground)

Travel WOD:

3 Sets of 30 second Hand Stand Holds (against a wall) / 1 minute rest.
