Five rounds for time of:
20kg (15kg) Dumbbells split clean, 15 reps
21 Pull-ups

Travel WOD
Five rounds for time of:
30 Alternating Walking Lunges
21 Pull-ups (Jumping Pull-Ups if you don’t have kipping)

Skill: 100 sit ups for time.
