87kg (57kg) Front squats
Burpees

Time cap 20 mins

Skill: 2 min Max Effort DUs

Travel WOD
21-15-9-6-3 reps for time of:
Box/elevated push-ups
Body weight Front squats (Use Whatever you can for front squats – Bar, DBs, Kbs, Bag of DogFood. Make sure it is heavy or awkward)
Burpees
