Five rounds for time of:
70kg (50kg) Deadlift, 12 reps
70kg (50kg) Hang power clean, 9 reps
70kg (50kg) Push jerk, 6 reps

SKILL: 2 min max effort DU

[COMPETITION TRAINING]
Run, 3 x 800m
leave every 5 mins, ie second interval starts at 5 mins, third starts at 10 mins, record splits for each interval

WARM UP
200M run
dynamic
200m run
2 rounds of DT with bar
warm up to weight
