1. Strength
3×8 Front Squats
2. Conditioning
Every 2 minutes for 20 minutes:
3 Muslce ups / Scale: 3 strict pull-ups + 3 strict dips (ring/bar or box)
5 Dead lifts, 125/84Kg
7 Kipping HSPU – Open Standards / Scale: HSPU with up to 2 ab mats or “Strict” dumb bell press.
+ Optional in Open Gym
3×8 Bench Press
