[COMP A]
Death By Handstand Walk

With a continuously running clock perform:
Handstand Walk 10 m in the first 1 min,
Handstand Walk 20 m in the second 1 min
Handstand Walk 30 m in the third 1 min

Continuing this for as long as you are able.

[WARMUP]
Burgener Warmup
Down & Finish
Elbows High & Outside
Muscle Snatch
Snatch Lands
OH Squat
Heaving Snatch Balance
Snatch Balance
High Hang Power Snatch
Hang power Snatch
Power Snatch

Then …
2 rounds, 5 reps of each
Snatch grip Deadlift
Muscle Snatch
Overhead Squat
Push Ups
Pull ups

4-5 warmup sets to get to first work set
